Well hi. I’m Jacob.
I’m 20, I’m studying programming at Adelaide TAFE (and I don’t know why), and I work for a small media company in the Adelaide Hills doing a variety of work- from making the coffee and hoovering the office to doing graphic design and writing for Gametraders. It keeps me busy.
I have a small but awesome group of friends that are pretty much the best people ever. Find their blogs over there on the sidebar.
Interests! Music, graphic design, computing, the internet (broad, but it’s interesting), but mainly videogames. Not just playing them (and hence being a detriment to society), but what they are, how they work, the history, and the industry. I’m constantly aware of what’s going on in regards to industry news, and I probably know more about gaming in general than most people I know. Some call it nerdy (and they’d be absolutely right) but they can shut up. There are worse things to be interested in.
I spend more time reading and writing about videogames than I do playing them. This needs to stop.
